The PMI Portugal Conference ART & SCIENCE of PROJECT LEADERSHIP took place on the 12th and 13th October 2023 in Lisbon, and it was amazing!
We’re grateful to Carlos de Assis Carrilho for his out-of-the-box presentation that was the best way to start the conference.
We listened to inspirational stories, we appreciated Cello for five minutes, we contributed with our thoughts to respond to key questions: what art is, what is art for, what is art relevance. And then bridged the reflection with project leadership.
We’ll always remember how good we felt. Let’s now reinforce some take aways and further reflect upon the key topics to convert insights into actions.
