SUMMARY:PM LEAN COFFEE
DESCRIPTION:It is with great pleasure that we invite you to another PM Lean Coffee session organized by PMI Portugal\, this time hosted at Cofco’s facilities in Leça do Balio. Lean Coffee originated in Seattle in 2009. At the time\, its creators\, Jim Benson and Jeremy Lightsmith\, were looking for a simple technique to support discussions about Lean practices in knowledge work. They wanted a format that required nothing more than people showing up with a willingness to learn\, share\, and create. Lean Coffee is a structured meeting without a predefined agenda. Participants come together\, agree on a timebox for each discussion (for example\, 5 minutes)\, propose topics\, and vote to create a prioritized agenda. The group then discusses the highest-ranked topic for the agreed time. At the end of each round\, participants vote on whether to continue the conversation for a few more minutes (for example\, 2 minutes) or move on to the next topic. This democratic approach ensures that discussions remain focused\, engaging\, and driven by the interests of the participants. Don’t miss the opportunity to join us! This event is open to everyone and free of charge\, but registration is required. FacilitadorEduardo Espinheira Eduardo Espinheira is a Manager at QAValue and a Guest Lecturer at Porto Business School and IPP (Polytechnic Institute of Porto). He has over 25 years of professional experience\, having held leadership and management roles across Sales\, Marketing\, Operations\, Quality\, and Human Resources. He currently delivers consulting and training services in the areas of Project Management\, Agile\, and Self-Managed Teams. Eduardo holds an Executive MBA and an Executive Master’s degree from Católica Porto Business School. He also earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto. He is certified in Project Management\, Scrum\, and Management 3.0. PDUs> 1\,5  PDUs PriceFree of charge. Registration is required. Registrations
