SUMMARY:PM LEAN COFFEE
DESCRIPTION:É com enorme prazer que te convidamos para mais uma sessão de PM LEAN COFFEE organizada pelo PMI Portugal\, a realizar agora na Porto Business School\, localizada em Matosinhos. \nO Lean Coffee começou em Seattle em 2009. Na época\, os criadores Jim Benson e Jeremy Lightsmith procuravam uma técnica que apoiasse a discussão das técnicas Lean no trabalho do conhecimento. Eles queriam um grupo que não dependesse de mais nada além de pessoas aparecendo e desejando aprender ou criar. \nO Lean Coffee é uma reunião estruturada\, mas sem agenda. Os participantes juntam-se\, definem a slot de tempo a usar (ex: 5min)\, sugerem os temas a discutir\, votam nos temas sugeridos para criar uma lista priorizada\, e começam a conversar acerca do tema do topo da lista durante o tempo definido. No final\, os participantes votam se continuam mais alguns minutos (ex: 2min) ou se mudam para o próximo assunto.
