SUMMARY:PM LEAN COFFEE @ Vestas Technology Centre Porto (English Version)
DESCRIPTION:It is with great pleasure that we invite you to another PM Lean Coffee session organized by PMI Portugal\, this time hosted at Vestas Technology Centre facilities in PortoLean Coffee originated in Seattle in 2009. At the time\, its creators\, Jim Benson and Jeremy Lightsmith\, were looking for a simple technique to support discussions about Lean practices in knowledge work. They wanted a format that required nothing more than people showing up with a willingness to learn\, share\, and create.Lean Coffee is a structured meeting without a predefined agenda. Participants come together\, agree on a timebox for each discussion (for example\, 5 minutes)\, propose topics\, and vote to create a prioritized agenda. The group then discusses the highest-ranked topic for the agreed time. At the end of each round\, participants vote on whether to continue the conversation for a few more minutes (for example\, 2 minutes) or move on to the next topic.
