PMK4NP (Project Management Kit for Nonprofit Organizations)*
The PMK4NP methodological kit is an intuitive, flexible guide that helps nonprofit organizations deliver successful projects and create meaningful change for their beneficiaries.
It was created by PMI Portugal volunteers during the Programme’s design phase (2024) and is a living kit that:
- is aligned with PMI’s strategy and assets;
- was piloted with 6 nonprofit organizations throughout 2025, generating real-world application examples and lessons learned.
The kit keeps evolving to preserve these qualities.
It is available to any nonprofit organization wishing to maximize the success of its projects to uplift our world, and to the entire PMI community — local and global, including PMI chapters worldwide — seeking to drive better project outcomes by supporting project management in nonprofit organizations.
This kit may only be used for nonprofit purposes.
