My background is in Humanities, and I have combined linguistics, literature, and psychology with management expertise, working within and with organizations of varied sectors, dimensions, and cultures. In the past two decades I’ve dedicated myself to help individuals and organizations to achieve their potential and I spend most of my time training and coaching individuals and teams. I draw from both my management and consultancy experience to create a safe and comfortable space where individuals and organizations may learn, work, and develop their own best practices. My in-person and on-line workshops are designed to be highly interactive and provide a unique blend of practical know-how, technical and personal skills, shared wisdom, and creativity.
