PMI is a global Community, a ‘movement’ to Connect, Learn and Give Back. People united by the common language of project management to turn dreams into plans, and ideas into reality. PMI was founded by volunteers, that is our DNA, what makes PMI so special.

In 2022 we collaborated with Chapter Board Members, Chapter Members, Global Volunteer Leaders, Staff, and the PMI Board of Directors. Through interviews, surveys, creative workshops, and deep discussions we landed on PMI Culture Values and Behaviors. The process was By PMI, For PMI

At PMI we are all empowered to make positive change using our Culture Values & Behaviors as our guiding principles. An easy way to get started is to make a Ripple Commitment. Choose one of our Culture Values or Behaviors and decide how you can bring more of that into your PMI activities. Be specific and hold yourself accountable for making it happen.
